Ilana (Ah-lay-nah) is an accomplished design leader with over 15 years of experience in production design, art direction, and creative team management. Most recently, she served as Design Director for the rebrand of Copeland, where she led the creative vision and guided her team to deliver a cohesive and impactful brand identity. Ilana has mentored junior designers and fostered a collaborative environment to ensure the growth of her team members.

Ilana spent nearly a decade at Directv, where she started honing her production design skills before transitioning to art direction. She oversaw the guides for television graphics, banners, and the desktop, mobile, and tablet versions of those banners, managing projects across multiple channels. Ilana also directed collaborative campaigns with top-tier ad agencies and contributed as an individual designer to developing the company’s website alongside a top-tier agency.

At Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, Ilana managed the creation of all creative assets and print publications for the organization’s creative services department.

Throughout her career, Ilana has worked with leading brands such as PBS, L'Oréal, Nestlé, Hothouse, Mars Agency, EG+, Droga5, and Prime Content.

Ilana is an empathetic and results-driven leader committed to fostering collaboration and creativity while delivering exceptional outcomes. She is also an animal lover and the proud owner of two senior American Cocker Spaniels, Cash and Rose.
